Ingredients
- 13 ounces ground turkey
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons salt substitute
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 8 ounces mushrooms
- 8 ounces cabbage
Recipe
- 1 mix turkey, egg & seasoning. form into small balls & place on a cookie sheet sprayed with pam. bake at 350 for 1/2 hour.
- 2 heat water, broth & veggies. add turkey balls & boil 15-20 minutes.
