Ingredients

- 1 lb pecan halves
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup splenda granular, sugar substitute
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
Recipe
- 1 place pecans in crock pot and stir in the melted butter, coating the pecans thoroughly.
- 2 sprinkle the splenda, cinnamon, ginger, and allspice over the pecans and stir again to coat.
- 3 cover the crock pot; set on high. cook for 30 minutes; uncover, turn to low, and let cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
