Chili-cheese Sauce

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces canned tomatoes
  • 8 ounces process american cheese, shredded (2 cups)
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped canned chilies

Recipe

  • 1 drain tomatoes, reserving juice. finely cut up tomatoes; add cheese, chilies, and 1/3 cup reserved juice. heat slowly till cheese melts, 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • 2 serve warm. (if mixture thickens, stir in a little tomato juice).
