Ingredients
- 8 ounces canned tomatoes
- 8 ounces process american cheese, shredded (2 cups)
- 1/3 cup finely chopped canned chilies
Recipe
- 1 drain tomatoes, reserving juice. finely cut up tomatoes; add cheese, chilies, and 1/3 cup reserved juice. heat slowly till cheese melts, 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 2 serve warm. (if mixture thickens, stir in a little tomato juice).
