Diabetes-friendly Watermelon Milkshake

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 3 1/2 cups watermelon, cut into chunks and frozen
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons splenda sugar substitute

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in blender and process to milkshake consistency. taste and add more splenda as desired.
