Diabetic Banana Split Ice Cream Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 reduced fat graham cracker crust
  • 1 egg , lightly beaten
  • 3 cups no-sugar-added ice cream
  • 1 large banana, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons sugar-free chocolate syrup

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 brush pie shell with egg . bake 5 - 7 minutes. cool on wire rack.
  • 3 spread ice cream in the cooled pie shell. cover and freeze at least 4 hours or up to one week.
  • 4 to serve, arrange banana and strawberry slices over the ice cream. drizzle with chocolate syrup. cut into wedges.
