Diabetic Banana Split Ice Cream Pie

Ingredients
- 1 reduced fat graham cracker crust
- 1 egg , lightly beaten
- 3 cups no-sugar-added ice cream
- 1 large banana, sliced
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 2 tablespoons sugar-free chocolate syrup
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 brush pie shell with egg . bake 5 - 7 minutes. cool on wire rack.
- 3 spread ice cream in the cooled pie shell. cover and freeze at least 4 hours or up to one week.
- 4 to serve, arrange banana and strawberry slices over the ice cream. drizzle with chocolate syrup. cut into wedges.
