- 3 1/2 cups pineapple, diced (about 1/2 a whole pineapple)
- 1/2 cup cilantro leaf (or more)
- 1/2 lime, juice of
Recipe
- 1 put pineapple, cilantro, and lime juice in blender and puree until smooth. pour mixture into six 3-ounce ice-pop molds and add sticks. freeze for 4 hours, or until frozen. dip molds in tepid water to help remove the pops.
