Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 4 egg whites
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1/2 cup splenda granular (sugar substitute)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup self rising flour
Recipe
- 1 preheat the oven to 400°f.
- 2 beat egg whites and cream of tarter while slowly adding splenda, vanilla, and salt.
- 3 in another bowl sift the rest of the dry ingredients.
- 4 slowly add dry ingredients into the egg whites (it will become runny but that is ok).
- 5 pour into 6 muffin cups.
- 6 bake for 15 minutes or until done.
