Oh My Goodness! Yummy Very Low Cal Chocolate Cupcakes!

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1/2 cup splenda granular (sugar substitute)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup self rising flour

Recipe

  • 1 preheat the oven to 400°f.
  • 2 beat egg whites and cream of tarter while slowly adding splenda, vanilla, and salt.
  • 3 in another bowl sift the rest of the dry ingredients.
  • 4 slowly add dry ingredients into the egg whites (it will become runny but that is ok).
  • 5 pour into 6 muffin cups.
  • 6 bake for 15 minutes or until done.
