Stress Relief Tea With Apple Cider

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups apple cider
  • 1 tea bag (celestial seasonings tension tamer extra)
  • honey, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 pour apple cider into mug and microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds.
  • 2 put tea bag into cider and steep for 5 minutes.
  • 3 remove tea bag and stir in honey to taste.
  • 4 relax.
