Ginger-mint Cooler

Total Time: 12 mins Preparation Time: 2 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon liquid low-calorie sweetener
  • 1/4 cup chopped mint leaf
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 1 quart ginger ale

Recipe

  • 1 combine water, sugar substitute, and mint in a saucepan. bring to a boil. strain and cool.
  • 2 at serving time, add lemon and orange juices and ginger ale. pour over finely crushed ice in tall glasses.
