Diabetic Blueberry Jam

Ingredients
- 12 ounces unsweetened blueberries, thawed
- 3/8 cup water
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 8 teaspoons artificial sweetener
Recipe
- 1 in a heavy saucepan bring blueberries and 1/4 cup water to a boil. cover.
- 2 reduce heat and simmer til berries are soft.
- 3 dissolve cornstarch in remaining water.
- 4 add to blueberries and stir until jam thickens.
- 5 remove from heat.
- 6 cool slightly.
- 7 add artificial sweetener.
- 8 mix.
- 9 serve warm or chilled.
