Ginger-tomato Salad

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, finely minced
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes or 2 cups grape tomatoes, sliced in 1/2
  • 1/4 cup scallion, sliced

Recipe

  • 1 mix the the first 4 ingredients toss in tomatoes and scallions and chill 1/2 hour then serve.
