Low-fat Low-sugar Butterbeer

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups skim milk
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 (1 g) packet sugar substitute (i prefer equal)
  • 2 teaspoons sugar-free hot cocoa mix
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 ounce butterscotch schnapps

Recipe

  • 1 melt butter and honey together in microwave or in small saucepan.
  • 2 add milk and vanilla. microwave or heat on stovetop until it reaches the desired temperature.
  • 3 mix in sugar substitute, schnapps, hot chocolate powder and cinnamon.
