Low-fat Low-sugar Butterbeer

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups skim milk
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 (1 g) packet sugar substitute (i prefer equal)
- 2 teaspoons sugar-free hot cocoa mix
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 ounce butterscotch schnapps
Recipe
- 1 melt butter and honey together in microwave or in small saucepan.
- 2 add milk and vanilla. microwave or heat on stovetop until it reaches the desired temperature.
- 3 mix in sugar substitute, schnapps, hot chocolate powder and cinnamon.
