Ginger-sesame Asparagus Saute

Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 -2 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 lb asparagus, trimmed and cut on the diagonal into 2-in pieces
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- sea salt
- fresh ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
Recipe
- 1 heat oil in nonstick skilled. add garlic and ginger. stirfry for 15 seconds.
- 2 add asparagus and stir-fry until crisp tender, about 4 minutes add hoisin and toss until coated, about 1 minute.
- 3 season with salt and pepper. toss with sesame seeds. serve.
