Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin
- 3 tablespoons cold water
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 14 teaspoons artificial sweetener
Recipe
- 1 in small saucepan, soften gelatin in water.
- 2 stir over low heat til gelatin dissolves completely.
- 3 in mixing bowl, beat cocoa, vanilla and cream til stiff peaks form.
- 4 add artificial sweetener and liquid gelatin and beat til well blended.
- 5 chill thoroughly before serving.
