Shrimp Imonelli - Low Carb & Low Fat

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb shrimp
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup wine
  • 5 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 place olive oil in skillet on medium heat, add shrimp and saute for 4 minutes.
  • 2 add salt, garlic, oregano, pepper, nutmeg, and wine.
  • 3 bring to a boil for a minute, remove from heat.
  • 4 serve over pasta or grilled portabello mushroom.
