Ingredients

- 1 lb shrimp
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup wine
- 5 minced garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)
Recipe
- 1 place olive oil in skillet on medium heat, add shrimp and saute for 4 minutes.
- 2 add salt, garlic, oregano, pepper, nutmeg, and wine.
- 3 bring to a boil for a minute, remove from heat.
- 4 serve over pasta or grilled portabello mushroom.
