Shrimp Ono Nui

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 24 large raw shrimp, peeled
  • 4 ounces all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 cups shredded coconut

Recipe

  • 1 dredge shrimp in flour, then in eggs.
  • 2 roll the shrimp through shredded coconut, covering them thoroughly.
  • 3 deep fry shrimps at about 375°f, until they are brown.
  • 4 serve with cocktail sauce to which crushed pineapple is added according to taste.
