Ingredients
- 24 large raw shrimp, peeled
- 4 ounces all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 3 cups shredded coconut
Recipe
- 1 dredge shrimp in flour, then in eggs.
- 2 roll the shrimp through shredded coconut, covering them thoroughly.
- 3 deep fry shrimps at about 375°f, until they are brown.
- 4 serve with cocktail sauce to which crushed pineapple is added according to taste.
