Butter Mints (diabetic)

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soft margarine
  • 2 tablespoons evaporated milk
  • 1 teaspoon butter flavor extract
  • 2 cups powdered milk
  • 2 cups cornstarch
  • 1 cup diabetic sugar substitute

Recipe

  • 1 combine powder sugar ingredients in blender.
  • 2 whip until powdered.
  • 3 yields 4 cups.
  • 4 cream margarine,milk and butter flavor.
  • 5 stir in 1 cup sugar replacement.
  • 6 knead til smooth.
  • 7 roll in small marble size balls.
  • 8 press each ball firmly into candy mold.
  • 9 unmold onto waxed paper.
