Butter Mints (diabetic)

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup soft margarine
- 2 tablespoons evaporated milk
- 1 teaspoon butter flavor extract
- 2 cups powdered milk
- 2 cups cornstarch
- 1 cup diabetic sugar substitute
Recipe
- 1 combine powder sugar ingredients in blender.
- 2 whip until powdered.
- 3 yields 4 cups.
- 4 cream margarine,milk and butter flavor.
- 5 stir in 1 cup sugar replacement.
- 6 knead til smooth.
- 7 roll in small marble size balls.
- 8 press each ball firmly into candy mold.
- 9 unmold onto waxed paper.
