Fast Veggie Omelette

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 mushroom, sliced
- 2 tablespoons bell peppers, chopped
- 1 green onion
- 1/4 cup spinach
- salt
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 whisk eggs together until frothy.
- 2 pour eggs into a small fry pan sprayed with cooking spray.
- 3 cook on medium heat until the eggs start to turn on the bottom.
- 4 gently lay veggies on one half of the eggs.
- 5 cook until the eggs are almost solid.
- 6 using a spatual, gently fold the side of the omelette with out the veggies on top of the other side.
- 7 continue cooking until the eggs are completely cooked.
- 8 serve hot.
