- 5 cups mixed fruit
- 1 1/2 cups orange juice
- 2 eggs, beaten slightly
- 2 cups self-raising flour
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Recipe
- 1 place fruit, orange juice and spices into a large saucepan and boil. simmer for five minutesand leave to cool.
- 2 sift in the flour, and add the eggs. pour into a greased and lined cake tin. cook in slow oven for one hour.
