Lamb Scrap - Lamb Guton - Cretons à L’ancienne

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 1/2 lbs ground lamb
  • 1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs or 1 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1 1/4 tablespoons pepper
  • 1 1/4 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 3/4 tablespoon ground cloves
  • 1 medium onion, peeled and finely minced

Recipe

  • 1 cook lamb until no longer pink, do not drain.
  • 2 add remaining ingredients; cook slowly for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
  • 3 refrigerate until serving (preferably overnight).
