Ingredients

- 1 1/2 lbs ground lamb
- 1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs or 1 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/4 tablespoons pepper
- 1 1/4 tablespoons cinnamon
- 3/4 tablespoon ground cloves
- 1 medium onion, peeled and finely minced
Recipe
- 1 cook lamb until no longer pink, do not drain.
- 2 add remaining ingredients; cook slowly for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
- 3 refrigerate until serving (preferably overnight).
