Low-cal Crock Pot Steel Cut Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup steel cut oats
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 pinch kosher salt
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free maple syrup

Recipe

  • 1 combine ingredients in slow cooker. cook overnight (6-8h) on low. serve with more sugar-free syrup and a small dab of butter or margarine.
