Low-calorie Banana Bread

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1 tablespoon of melted butter or 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup splenda granular
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons skim milk
  • 3/4 cup flour

Recipe

  • 1 spray the loaf pans with pam or a non-stick cooking spray.
  • 2 mix the all the ingredients except the flour together in a bowl.
  • 3 add the flour.
  • 4 pour it into the pan.
  • 5 bake in a 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes or so.
