Chicken Mango Spinach Salad - K

Ingredients

- 1 (10 ounce) bag baby spinach leaves
- 1 medium mango, peeled, sliced
- 1 medium avocado, peeled, sliced
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 2/3 cup reduced-fat light raspberry vinaigrette dressing (kraft light done right!)
- 2 cups cooked chicken, strips (about 10 oz)
Recipe
- 1 toss spinach with mango, avocado and onion in large bowl.
- 2 add dressing; mix lightly.
- 3 spoon onto 5 plates. top with chicken. serve immediately.
