Strawberry Soy Smoothie

Ingredients

1 ripe banana
2 cups frozen strawberries (8 ounces)
1 cup soymilk (or milk of choice, almond is good)
2 tablespoons honey
Recipe
1 place all ingredients in the blender.
2 blend until smooth.
3 pour into 2 glasses and enjoy!
