Strawberry Soy Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries (8 ounces)
  • 1 cup soymilk (or milk of choice, almond is good)
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Recipe

  • 1 place all ingredients in the blender.
  • 2 blend until smooth.
  • 3 pour into 2 glasses and enjoy!
